My 15 year old little sister was born with several medical complications one of which being that she is deaf in one ear and partially deaf in the other. she aspires to be a model and take part in glamorous competitions but she is not very confident to do so because of her disability. i would love to raise this money to pay for her to attend the miss teen UK pageant so she can see that having a disability should not stop her from doing anything in life, and to show her that the more she integrates with hearing people the easier it will be to be a thriving member of society. the money raised will help to pay for her application fees plus outfits and accommodation. for me this is not about hearing or being deaf but about a young adult feeling accepted by her peers even though she is different thank you
