What is crowdfunding?
Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
Story
We are going to Kenya, via African Adventures and our school, to visit underprivileged school children and teach them sports, help build facilities in their school to give them a safe place to escape the violence and poverty of Nakuru, teach them how to read and write and just give them the care and attention which they deserve.
In order to fund our trip we will be raising money, through events such as: car washes, bag packing, sponsored sports, cake sales, coffee mornings, school fairs, dog walking and much more!
We are aiming to raise as much money as we can for the trip and would be extremely grateful for any donations.
We will be posting regular updates on our JustGiving page to show our fundraising journey.
