As some of you may know my 21st Birthday is just around the corner and this year I would like to dedicate my birthday to the Rose-May Foundation.

What is the Rose-May Foundation?

The Rosie May Foundstion is a UK registered charity that was set up following the tragic murder of Rose-May (aged 10) at a christmas party by a 17 Year Old boy. Since the creation of the charity the team has been working in both Sri Lanka and Nepal. One of the projects that I hope to become involved in during the summer is the Rose-May home for girls where 18 girls are given a home, an education and love which allows them to flourish as every child should, regardless of their background, family or caste.

Why should you help?

As many of you know I love to travel, learn from different cultures, learn different languages and experience new places. This year I hope will be no different and I hope to work with the home for girls over the summer, hence my request for donations for the charity and their amazing work.

Therefore, this year for my 21st Birthday I hope that not only you can help my dreams come true of working with this amazing charity in Nepal as part of my fundraising, but by doing so you are making so many girls‘ dreams come true by allowing them to feel love, to feel strong, to feel empowered and to live a life that they deserve.
