Story
I am the founder of the Paine Foundation, and I am raising money to help with our running costs. We are an organization dedicated to empowering women and girls with disabilities to thrive in competitive football, a space where such opportunities previously did not exist.
Having faced challenges myself due to a disability, I understand the struggles of keeping up with peers in sports. Despite the pride of captaining a pan-disability team, I had to leave that environment due to safety concerns when competing against male players. This experience inspired me to establish the Paine Foundation, ensuring that other women can play without fear of injury during training sessions or matches, allowing them to fully embrace their passion for the sport they love.
As a young university student and founder, I am committed to minimizing our running costs while striving to make a positive impact on people's lives both on and off the pitch. The funds you donate will be instrumental in qualifying our coaches and volunteers, securing better facilities, purchasing quality equipment, and expanding our reach in the future.
We aim to raise £500 GBP for these essential needs. Every penny is appreciated; every contribution counts! Together, we can create more opportunities for women and girls with disabilities in football. Thank you for considering supporting our cause!
