My sister and I have decided to try and raise some funds on the behalf of two of our friends who have recently been diagnosed with cancer. One with Bowel Cancer and one with Pancreatic Cancer. Her friend's case is terminal, mine is awaiting chemotherapy to prevent the spread of the disease. As individuals, there is not a lot we can do except be there to support them in their times of hardship and need.

We plan to spent 12 hours painting miniatures and then auctioning them off to raise money to help support them. The money will go towards end of life care and other vital equipment needed during this harrowing time for them both.

The paint day with be on May 4th - Star Wars Day!
