Story
Josh was diagnosed with an Ependymoma ( a rare type of brain tumour) in April 2014. Since then he has undergone two craniotomys (brain surgery), 6 weeks of stereotactic radiotherapy and two gamma knife surgeries. Josh‘s orginal brain tumour has now metastasized (spread) to other areas of his brain. He now has three brain tumours.
There is no cure for Ependymoma. They do not know the cause for this type of tumour and chemotherapy has little or no beneficial effect. Therefore Josh has decided to decline this treatment.
Josh is now in palliative care , his mum has given up work to take care of his daily needs and to support him.
Please make donation to enable Josh to relax and enjoy a spa day and massage at Woodland Spa with whoever he wishes to take. Thank you for taking the time to read Josh’s story.
