I've raised £350 to thank Ward 34 (Haematology unit) at Ninewells Hospital and to support Macmillan Cancer Support.

I am running/walking/crawling (delete as appropriate!) Loch Ness marathon on Sunday 23rd September 2018. This will be my first full marathon...13.1 miles more than I've ever run!
Therefore, I feel this is a good time to raise some money for two causes that are very close to my heart. All money I raise will be split equally between:
- The Haematology Unit (Ward 34) in Ninewells. They have played a huge part in our lives over the last few years. I would like to say a final thank you to them by donating some money to make their patient's stays slightly more comfortable.
- Macmillan Cancer Support. Their latest statistics highlight that 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with some sort of cancer during their lifetime. This is scary. However, it emphasises the need for charities like this to provide crucial support when needed.
I will be fundraising in memory of our Dad. All donations will be greatly appreciated!

25.08.2018 - Thank you to my friends and family who have donated so far - I have now achieved my target of £200! 💙 But...with 4 weeks to go, I wonder if we can raise any more...? 🤔
