Alana has spastic cerebal palsy and the Special Needs Buggy is not suitable for her Needs and now has broken wheel. We need a McLaren with five point harness and safety sides on so doesn't hurt herself on sides. These are expensive to buy and hospital don't supply them and shes too small for child's proper wheel chair. This will last till shes 9 when she will get wheelchair. I just don't have the money to buy one and hoping family and friends can help with this please. Hate asking but I'm desperate and medicine knocks her out and legs tighten so can only walk for so long. Please please even if only a pound
