I've raised £500 to help improve the quality of life of ex-logging elephants in Thailand & a disadvantaged Cambodian school

In February I am travelling to Thailand and Cambodia to fulfill a lifelong ambition to do voluntary work with elephants. Starting in Surin, Thailand I will spend time working with ex-logging elephants to prevent them from being used in the dangerous and at times, cruel, tourist industry. In Cambodia I will be working in a school teaching English to disadvantaged children along with helping to build houses, toilets and water filtration systems.
My focus will be to raise enough money to make a difference; donating to help build suitable enclosures so the elephants can be unchained whilst in the villages and buying urgent and necessary school supplies for the Cambodian children.
I am travelling with an award-winning and pioneering charity called Bamboo who create sustainable volunteer opportunities for travelers who want to give back and show how adventure travel can make a positive difference in the world. Travelers are provided with more than just a chance to see a country; they experience it and give back to it.
Any donation would be greatly appreciated and appropriately used to better the lives of the elephants and the children equally. Donations will only be used for the betterment of the elephants and children. My flights, insurance, holiday and spending money have already been raised and paid for by myself.
Thank you
