The above picture is my beautiful 24 year old cousin Laura who sadly past away after a courageous fight with lung cancer. Maureen her mum also past away with lung cancer at 32 years old.

As Laura was bravely battling her cancer she asked her dad and Lindsay to set up a charity called Pink Mackenzie to be overlooked by the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. Pink being her favourite colour and Mackenzie being her name, Pink Mackenzie was set up to help other teenagers battle this illness.

Laura is my inspiration as her bravery and determination not to give up and fight for others was amazing!

My uncle Duncan and Auntie Lindsay who I absolutely adore, are the kindest, most generous, loving family who put everyone before themselves and who have tirelessly fundraised for pink Mackenzie along with the Mackenzie family and friends. This year marks Laura’s charity’s 10 year anniversary and we are hoping to raise £10,000 plus. Myself and my close friend Drew have signed up to run in the Edinburgh half marathon on Sunday 27th May, we would be so grateful if you could sponsor us on this giving page or at any of our companies Pampered Pets Inverness, Pampered Pets Nairn, or Colbre Pampered Pets.
