Story
Parcels of Joy -2018
Every year, Christmas brings the story of Hope and Promise, made real by the birth of Jesus. However, for some, this time of year adds extreme pressure to ongoing financial, family, social and other personal issues. Since 2016, Parcels of Joy has been trying to alleviate that pressure.
Parcels of Joy is a community focused project set up by Eternity Youth department at the New Testament Church of God – Wellingborough.
We donate parcels of toys, books and personal gifts to children and families across Wellingborough. Why? To bring Joy to every home at Christmas.
Over the last 2 years, we have donated over 1000 gifts to schools, food banks, homeless shelters, refuges, nursing homes and community centres.
Help us to continue giving and raise funds by donating towards our target
If you cannot financially donate, why not support us by donating books, toys, winter/personal care essentials
Thank you for your support and for helping us bring happiness and joy to homes across our town.
