My mum and dad have done everything for me and now they need me to do something for them but I need your help!
Deciding 5years ago to build there forever dream home using a builder (trusted friend) the build started.
My dad became distant and not his usual self after tests it was decided he needed brain surgery to attach a drain to a cyst that had formed pressuring parts of his brain.
The house build was left with the builder as my mum lovingly cared for my dad 24/7 so paid the builder as and when asked which turned out to be a mistake.
After surgery my dad started to improve and they sold the house they were living in as they were led to believe this would make the new build liveable, this was NOT the case!
My dads health started to deteriorate even more than before the surgery he kept falling over having to constantly take trips to a&e with broken bones and cuts. The work stopped as funds ran dry and all the materials and work they had Paid for weren't visible.
They were homeless living out of their car sleeping on people's floors.
They have managed sort a caravan to stay in but due to other people renting it they are still homeless several times a year.
My dad is getting worse and Possibly Parkinson's and my mum is struggling they need to be in a proper adapted house to enable dads recovery but this seems impossible to them.
I can't help them financially but I'm hoping that with the power of social media and faith in peoples good will I can help them realise it's ok to ask for help and that they aren't alone, people are happy to help.
They have done SO much for me and if I can get 4,000 people to donate just a spare £1 from sharing the link then just maybe they can complete their house and my dad can start to recover properly.
I know it's a big ask but this is the last option as we have tried everything we can, my mum has done such an amazing job helping my dad she is definitely my hero and deserves a positive so I just hope I can do that!!
