    Story

Pariah Dog is a dog shelter on the island of Koh Samui, Thailand. They rescue dogs in distress and provide them with necessary medical treatment and care. They also offer the animals a safe sanctuary filled with love until they can be re-homed. The shelter is run by the incredibly devoted Nicola, as well as a dedicated team of volunteers, who all give so much of their time to help enhance the lives of these 60+ deserving dogs while they await adoption.

Last year around this time we launched our fundraiser to help subsidise adoption costs for our dogs headed abroad to their new homes. It was a phenomenal success and has helped us so far re-home 3 lovely dogs - Rambo, Lyra & Fyra (who all now live incredibly happily in the UK!) And soon, 2 more dogs will venture to their new homes abroad. We couldn't have done it without your support!

Our next mission: We are raising funds to build a training park for our beloved Pariah Dogs. A safe space that our dogs can be taken to as a treat to have some fun and learn!

What: An enclosed area with a double entry gate system (for safe entrance), a paddling pool, running water (so the dogs can drink but also so we can fill up the paddling pool!) and an agility training area.

Why: We need a safe area that we can walk the dogs to, away from the noise and distractions of all the other dogs, where we can let them enjoy some off leash time and train them. And ultimately the better trained our dogs are, the higher the chance they have of getting adopted and the easier they will adapt to lives in their new forever homes. This is a huge focus for us moving forward because we know we WILL find each of our dogs the forever home they deserve and it's our duty to give them their very best chance when they get there.

This fundraiser will run for 3 weeks until Friday, June 16th. We cannot thank you all enough for your support! Now let's continue to work on getting these pups their forever homes!
