When myself and Dave found out that the Parish War Memorial at All Saints Church on Perry Street had fallen into disrepair we decide to act and organise a walk from the Cenotaph in London all the way back to All Saints Church in Perry Street .

The memorial contains the name of 80 men of the Parish who made the ultimate sacrifice in World War 1 and World War 2.The Parish had 2 soldiers who won the Victory Cross.

The memorial needs repairing and cleaning which should take place every 10 years and we’d like to raise over £1500

We will be starting at 6am on Sunday 7th May 2023 and would love if people would be able to join us towards the end, arriving back in Gravesend between 2-3pm
