Pass and Move's 10,000 Kick-Up World Cup Challenge ⚽🌍

Pass and Move Football Coaching is looking to spread some joy, have some fun, and give back to our local community during the 2026 World Cup.

Over the 39 days of the tournament, Coach James will be attempting to complete 10,000 kick-ups – that's around 260 kick-ups every day!

We'd also love to get as many children involved as possible. We are inviting kids to nominate their friends and take on their own challenge of completing 1,000 kick-ups throughout the World Cup, helping us raise money for a fantastic local cause.

We'll be sharing regular updates, videos, and progress reports across our social media channels, so be sure to follow along and cheer everyone on!

Who are we raising money for?

We are proudly supporting Mortimer Schools PTFA (Parents, Teachers & Friends Association).

The PTFA raises funds for both Mortimer St John's Infant School and Mortimer St Mary's Junior School. The money raised helps enrich children's education and school experience through projects and resources that may not otherwise be available.

Previous fundraising has helped provide:

IT equipment

PE and sports equipment

Playground improvements

Classroom whiteboards

Books and learning resources

Coaches and transport for school trips

The PTFA also brings the community together through fantastic events such as the Christmas and May Fairs, the famous Mortimer Colour Run, Mortimer's Got Talent, and many other activities that create lasting memories for local families.

They have also supported Pass and Move Football Coaching from the very beginning, helping us establish our after-school clubs at Mortimer St Mary's and showing belief in what we were trying to achieve.

Now it's our turn to give something back.
