What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

Story

I intend to operate a clinic offering patients in need a free medical tattooing service. The training and equipment for this will cost in excess of £9000, I hope to fundraise towards this goal and will personally contribute the shortfall.

These patients may be breast cancer survivors that require areola reconstruction. Burns victims who require needling to reduce scars or possibly colour correction. Scar patients that require colour camoflage, vitiligo pigmentation, clients with a cleft lip and anybody else who may have a need for this treatment.

Some patients are desperate for this kind of treatment but are unable to afford it or receive treatment funded by the nhs. My hope is that i can reduce the amount of people affected and improve their confidence and quality of life.
