Chronic kidney failure is very common in the developing countries and the quality dialysis treatment is poor and almost impossible to get in most southern African countries. Many people are dying helplessly, while some are recieving poor quality treatments which is detrimental to thier already fragile health.

As a professional who deals with and educate professionals on different treatment dialysis modalities in the UK. I would like to extend the awareness and help the southern African region to adapt to new and quality treatment and be involved in renal failure research.
