Children and youth continue to drown and die in floods in the suburbs of Kampala city due to lack of swimming skills. Acquiring skills needs a swimming pool but remains very expensive for the poor yet they are the ones who live in flooding areas of the city , therefore this socail enterprise project seeks to empower young people with swimming and life saving skills. We already have the land started with a

plastic pool but we need 21,000 USD to contruct a4ft by 9ft pool. The small user fees levied will help in maintance and paying of trainers.
