My sister Helen was volunterring in Ghana in 2007-2008, working in a rural school ran by a Charity. After volunteering, she went travelling around different countries which is when Helen had her accident.

After this, our family set up a charity, “Helen makes a difference”, where we raised money for the school which helped with things like building a library and helping develop the classrooms.

It is now Helen’s 10 year anniversary, so i‘m aiming to raise a little bit of money to send over to the school to help them with things such as running their minibus and buying resources for the children in the school! I will be completing a tough mudder on July the 29th to try and raise this money.
