Story
As many of you will already know, our best friend Paul (Balchie/Acid Man) has a malignant brain tumour. Paul, Sharon and their lovely family have a fight on their hands and need the help of their friends and everyone who knows them.
He is the most kind and gentle man with the biggest heart and would do anything for anyone. Anyone who knows or has met Paul would not have a bad word to say about him. With the support of his family and friends he is determined to beat this.
Paul starts the next phase of his treatment, after having brain surgery, on Monday 3rd August and we are raising money for any further or alternative treatment that he may need to help him and his family during this traumatic time. Because of the current pandemic, fund raising activities are limited, but we hope to organise some in the near future. In the meantime we have set up this page with Sharons consent. Any money raised not needed by Paul will be donated to a brain tumour charity and St Michaels Hospice Who have cared for so many people, including Pauls nan and more recently Sharons dad.
Paul is amazingly strong and positive and has kept his wonderful sense of humour through most of this traumatic time. The incredible support and care from Sharon and his children, Grace, Imogen and Max has kept him focused to beat this terrible cancer.
please give what ever you can to help this very special family who we dearly love.
