I've raised £1000 to help Bristol City Cerebral Palsy Football team attend a Football event in Copenhagen this August.

I will be walking 500 miles between the 19th of February and the 20th May. I will be walking to Ashton Gate on every Bristol City home game day between those dates and walking home from every training sesssion. undertaken by the club I will wear my Bristol City away warm up kit, for each leg of my ordeal.
As an individual who sits down all day and likes the taste of chocolate, this will either make me fitter and the club able to help more of the children attend, or I probably won't be very well.
For the giver of the largest donation, there could also be a signed Bristol City Shirt in it for you.
My son has cerebral palsy and loves his time with the CP Club playing and practicing his football around like minded young people. Football is all he talks about, all he wants and his excitement for the whole week prior to going back to the team is palpable.
The Cerebral Palsy team joined the WE ARE CITY project in November 2020. The sessions offer young people with cerebral palsy the chance to play football and have fun, giving young people the opportunity to develop their football skills and be part of a team. The club also offers opportunities for the players to build coaching skills and further their education.
