I've raised £3000 to help buy Oli and his brother a bike each to help towards his recovery from acute lymphoblastic leukaemia.

This is Oliver (Oli). He's 9 years old and he has acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. He has suffered a very rare side effect to his Chemo which resulted in blood clots, a stroke, paralysis down his right side, speech impairment and some brain damage.
My name is Paul. I'm 51 and, as far as I know, I'm a fit and healthy mad keen cyclist so I'm going to try and make things better for Oli, his brother and his parents. I can't make him well; that's down to the brilliant doctors and nurses of the NHS. My aim is to raise as much as possible so that Oli and his brother can have a bike each. The benefits of exercise, and particularly cycling, are huge to children recovering from cancer and getting the whole family involved is vitally important too, so I don't want to forget his brother. More than ever Oli will need an adapted bike to help him regain his strength and recover from the effects of his stroke.
This year, on May 27th I shall once again be riding in the CFC Sportive (Cyclists Fighting Cancer). Please, please, please sponsor me so that I can get an adapted bike for Oli and his brother. It will give him a massive boost and something to look forward to when he's well enough to ride again. Click on the link below to read some of the amazing stories and the brilliant work that CFC do.
Any amount is more than welcome but please donate as much as you can for this amazing little boy and his family who deserves so much better.
Thank you
Paul
