I'm raising money to support the enrichment and wellbeing of staff and residents at Breme care home, in memory of dad (Paul Fitz Patrick), who spent the last six years of his life there.

The staff were amazing not just with dad but with me as well, even bringing me meals to dad's room while I was with him in his last week.
