Story

Help us turn our tragic loss into lasting good. Donate in memory of Paul Gaskill.

We are raising funds to establish a charitable trust in memory of Paul Gaskill, using Paul’s inheritance to support good causes every single year on his birthday, 2nd February, in Nottinghamshire and Brisbane.

Your donation today helps ensure Paul’s life continues to change lives and so his memory lives on for generations to come.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast, and secure. Just scan the QR code to give.

Paul, a beloved son, brother, friend, and ally, died aged just 31 in Brisbane on 7th November 2025, following a traumatic brain injury caused by an e-scooter accident.

Our hearts are broken. But we refuse to let Paul’s story end here.

His family is creating a charity in his name so that his kindness, warmth, and love of people live on through real, practical support for others.

From 2026 onwards, Paul’s trust will give to charity every year. This work has already begun — we have funded handmade infinity bracelets now being given to end-of-life patients in both Brisbane and Nottinghamshire.

Your donation helps us grow this impact.

Paul lived simply and loved deeply. He believed happiness came from people, not possessions. He brought joy into every room and made everyone feel seen.

This trust will reflect the way Paul lived: with generosity, compassion, and humanity.

Paul would not want sadness to be the final word.

He would tell us:

Live fully. Laugh loudly. Love endlessly. And take care of one another.

By donating today, you are helping ensure that Paul’s legacy continues — not just in memory, but in action.

Thank you for supporting Paul’s charity and for helping us do good in his name.
