As I'm sure you all know, there has been a horrendous tragedy in Greece with wildfires destroying entire towns and many people killed in the most horrific circumstances. Many of the survivors are now left in a state of destitution with everything they had gone in a few harrowing hours. There is a charity called Desmos who operate more widely in Greece but have taken a prominent role in helping the victims of this tragedy.

We are getting together a group of string players who will be busking on Market Street in Manchester in order to raise money to send to Desmos to continue their vital work. If you would like to donate to this cause then please do so here - anything is appreciated!
