We have sponsored Paul Kamwi since he was 5, I visited Zambia while on a works trip and I was asked if I would be interested in helping this young man to have an education. Paul has gone on to obtain a University Degree in Teaching and we are incredibly proud of him. Paul has tried to get a teaching job but they are very far and few between. Paul has been gifted some land and he would like to build a school for local children and I have offered to help raise the funds for this amazing project. This is Paul's story:

I was born on the 4 of April, 1994. My mum raised me on her own.. I have 2 half brothers and 4 half sister. My mum past away in march,2008.

I started school at Tongabezi Trust School (www.tujatane.com) in 2000 and in 2007 I graduated to Holy Cross School where I completed my grade 8 and 9.

In 2010, I started at David Livingstone High School, I achieved my senior secondary level in 2012.

In 2014 I attended Livingstone University to pursue a degree in education, specifically English language and religious education. Which I have now completed and obtained a degree in my studies.

Upon undergoing different stages in life and education at large, I have looked back and appreciated the value and impact of education. I have seen a lot of my friends who had lost their opportunity in education and what they have become today, its shameful.

I have decided to lobby from my friends and well wishers to come to my aid in order for me to start up a school in the area so that we can offer education to the community, uplifting the standards of there lives and welfare. Most children in this area cover a distance of 9 to 12 kilometers to have any chances with their education and it is almost impossible for some.

Please help me achieve my goad to help other children and to enrich their lives with a basic education. The funds we are raising is for the build of the school and for the equipment required.
