Last year I ran my first half marathon, the Potters Arf. This year I'm running it again, but a month later i shall be runnjng my first marathon, 26.2 miles of the stoke on trent festival.of running. Those of you close enough to us will know we have had six months of hell and my Training plan had turned to shite quite quicky. So I'm now digging in and winging it. I helped to fund phase one of the Garden project for Northwood Day Care Centre, this year i would like to help out phase 2 of this project.
