In 2018 our daughter stevie was diagnosed with batten disease, batten is a devastating life limiting neurodegenerative disease that will take away all of stevies abilities and she will need 24hr care and support, we have limited time with stevie so this year we will be taking on the challenge of Bike,Climb and Kayak to raise money for stevies bucket list.
On the 1st of October we will be cycling 17km through snowdonia national park, climbing Mount snowdon and then kayaking 4km back to base.
We will be sharing the funds raised with the a charity that supports families of children diagnosed with batten disease and have been amazing support for us through the hardest times of our lives and continue to support us and many families around the UK.
We are hoping to make so memories with stevie and her little sister jasmine while stevie is still mobile and able to enjoy travel and adventures.
