Welcome to Jason's Univentricular Heart Transplant Foundation (JUHTF), set up in memory of Jason Bailey. The charity is a non-profit organisation and is run by a group of dedicated trustees and fundraising sub committee that give their time freely.

The charity aims to provide help and support to teenagers, young people and their families that require a Univentricular Heart Transplant. Its hard enough being a healthy teenager or young person, let alone living with a life threatening heart condition making you feel isolated and different from people of your own age. Dealing with the news that you require a heart transplant and the difficult decisions that you will have to make will open a floodgate to many unanswered questions. Questions relating to medical information can only be answered by your consultant or specialist nurse, but from our personal experience and other patients sharing theirs we can try to ease the journey that you are about to take.
