This year we have delivered 7 ambulances to Ukraine, full of medical kit, anti-drone netting plus humanitarian relief for the children of a bombed out school. We are also planning on delivering a further three in December. All ambulances will be freshly MOT’d and serviced plus fitted out with roof racks and all-terrain tyres. For the winter run as well as medical kit and anti-drone netting we are hoping to take generators to aid with the freezing temperatures.

The great Community sponsored swim at Pells pool has added to the total money raised. We have now the funding for two vehicles for December, we are just raising the funding for the final one so we can take 3 in total.

Lewes Ambulances for Ukraine is a Not-for-Profit Community Interest Company run by volunteers who are self-funding with all members paying for their travel and accommodation. Therefore all funding goes directly to medical aid.
