This is our community building which was sadly burnt to the ground. The mill o mains Community pavilion was the heart of a multi deprivation area and acted like a life line to many families The children of the community used this building to eat breakfast and lunches during the summer holidays, it was their safe place to play and socialise. The building was also a foodbank and second home to the elderly in the area who came along to enjoy a meal with others, do crafts and feel like socially included. The build up resources has all been lost. The annual fun day cancelled, its heartbreaking yo see the heart of the community torn away.its completely gone now. The children and families have had their safe place taken away. the elderly at risk of being socially excluded.
