I'm raising £500 to All Around Ireland for AAB!

Story

The team at AAB – staff and service users, and some of our supporters and friends – are coming together to take on an exciting group challenge: covering the equivalent distance around the coastline of Ireland!

Everyone can take part in a way that suits them. Some will contribute through steps, others through different types of movement. Some will take part with support, and some independently – all contributions count.

There is no individual target. The aim is simple:

-Everyone contributes in a way that is within their own ability.

-Every bit of movement helps us reach the overall goal.

The coastline of Ireland is an incredible 3,171 km (1,970 miles) long. With its rugged western and northern coasts, deep inlets, and peninsulas, it would be an extremely difficult route to complete in person – but together, as a team, we can achieve it!

This challenge is about:

-Getting our bodies moving

-Supporting positive wellbeing

-Working together as one team

-Having fun along the way

Let’s get moving and see how far we can go together!
