One of Ryan’s best friends, Morgan, had a tragic accident on Friday the 12th of September, which resulted in an unstable fracture to his neck and significant damage to his spinal cord.

Morgan is currently in critical care at Alderhey hospital and over the coming weeks, he’ll be transferred to the orthopedic. He has a long road of recovery ahead of him and funds raised will help to support the Clewes family in providing whatever they need to do this. Any amount that you can donate will make a huge difference.

I’ll be runnkng a 60km trail ultra on November the 8th, although it’s not uncommon for me to run these crazy things, I’ll be doing it post injury, after 2 months off running. Keeping Morgan and his family in mind and knowing I’m raising funds for them will almost certainly get me to the finish 💙
