Last September, one of Ryan’s best friends, Morgan was involved in a serious accident that resulted in an unstable fracture to his neck and significant spinal cord damage, which has left him paralysed from the waist down. Morgan has been hospitalised since the accident and was transferred from Alder Hey hospital to the Orthopaedic hospital in Gobowen in November, where he is receiving intensive physio and awaiting further operations. Morgan has shown incredible resilience, but his journey to recovery requires extensive support.

The proceeds from our upcoming 10km run will go directly toward purchasing a specialist wheelchair (£10,000) and other essential medical equipment to help Morgan regain some independence and improve his quality of life.
