Kim was diagnosed with bowel cancer some months ago after previously beating cancer before it plagued her again she spent many months in hospital not being able to move or communicate with her friends , she has made a remarkable recover and showed everyone what a true fighter ! but she longs for her independents and so I'm asking her friends her family to help that become a reality and help her buy a scooter so she can go out and have some freedom , get to see people again , currently she is stuck in her bungalow unable to go out , please donate what you can even if it's £1 This will go a long way to helping her active this goal
