For those that know, know. Paul Cooper is one of life's good guys. He has recently had some really bad news that has hit all his family and friends hard but there is shared determination and courage to support him and enjoy our time together.

I like many of you have been fortunate enough to have enjoyed many many a good time over the years with our mutual friend and all round top geezer Paul Cooper. My life and your lives all the richer for it!

Knowing how much Coops stupidly likes to run I am equally stupidly suggesting that we complete the English Half Marathon on Sunday 15th September 2019 held in his home town.

The plan will be that we all plod round together and at the same time raise funds for Paul & family to put towards anything they so choose. Hopefully on giving them another memory all together.
