I've raised £700 to To help a victim of a knife crime - to support a rehabilitation of a young man who was attacked and severely injured.

Life is so fragile. This Christmas I am intending to raise and donate money to support the rehabilitation of my friend’s son, who was attacked and sustained life-changing injuries as a result. His name is Paulius. He survived by a miracle, according to the doctors who treated him, and currently is in recovery. The recovery is slow but the determination to live of a 21 year-old seems to defy all the odds. He regained some movement but still is unable to walk. He hasn’t regained his sight. The emotional impact of the trauma created a shadow of fear refusing to move away from his bedside.
At this stage physiotherapy and other available interventions are crucial for the level of his recovery and the quality of life he will have in the future. Unfortunately, his family funds are depleted and the state treatment packages are finite. If you have a penny to spare, please donate to this good cause and help Paulius heal.
