So... Hair, Nails & Beauty, Banbury’s biggest and best beauty salon is celebrating their 10th Anniversary this summer with several fundraising events, culminating in a sold out charity ball in November. Salon owner Danielle Edgington-Gibson (my wife!) has chosen to raise funds for local charities The Brodey Cancer Centre at the Horton General Hospital in Banbury, and the Oxfordshire branch of mental health charity Mind.

Keeping the beauty treatments the salon offers in mind, I’m having my legs and underarms waxed by So’s crack team of waxperts at 5.30pm on Saturday 9th November in the Parsons Street salon. Feel free to come along, have a beer and back me in my moment of agony by pledging some £s to help support two important, worthwhile local causes.
