Hi everyone,

My name’s Trademark Blud, I’m a rapper based in the West Midlands (or simply just Tim... Tim Nice but... never mind 🤣)

On 20th September, I’ll be attempting something a little wild: carrying a PA system up the Wrekin in Telford, Shropshire while rapping/performing songs and freestyles from the foot to the summit (yep, you read that right — rapping and hiking combined 💪🎤). Maybe I’m also inadvertently creating a new sport? Riking or Happing you decide 🤣.

I’m doing this to raise £500 or more for an incredible local charity called Recharge. They’ve been supporting 12–21 year olds dealing with substance use or the impact of parental addiction for many years now. The stories of pain, resilience, and transformation I’ve heard from young people who’ve received their support are truly moving. As if climbing a 1,000ft hill and rapping wasn’t enough of a challenge, I was also diagnosed with emphysema, an incurable chronic lung disease in September 2024. This makes the climb even tougher — but also more meaningful. It’s a way to push my limits while raising awareness and funds for a cause I believe in deeply. The PA system will weigh approximately 20kg

• Height: 407 metres (1,335 feet)

• Distance (one way): ~1.5 miles (2.5 km)

• Terrain: Steep woodland trails and rocky sections
