I've raised £1658 to support the Peak District National Park Foundation #70kfor70 - creating opportunities for everyone to enjoy the Peak District National Park

Lorna Fisher (pictured) is embarking on an epic 1,658 mile challenge to solo cycle between all 15 of the UK's national parks - in just two weeks.
That's the same as cycling from Land's End to John 'O Groats - twice over!
Lorna's challenge aims to raise funds to help those who are less able to experience the UK's original national park, in the heart of the country in the Peak District. Funds raised will be part of the Peak District National Park Foundation's #70kfor70 - celebrating 70 years since national parks could be created in the UK.
Lorna will set off and complete her challenge in just a fortnight from April 13th to 27th - coinciding with National Parks Weeks (6-21 April).
Lorna also wants to raise awareness of the Year of Green Action 2019 – urging people to say #iwill to new challenges that contribute to sustainable lifestyles.
“In my role at the Peak District National Park I’m incredibly lucky to have the opportunity to inspire and engage others, sharing my passion for the natural world. I hope the funds raised through this challenge will let us inspire even more people.
It's a daunting undertaking from the Cairngorm mountains to the south coast, and across to East Anglia - but I can't wait to meet some amazing people along the way in our fantastic national parks!
