I've raised £300 to help the 8:56 Foundation in King's Lynn, to raise awareness, increase the profile and reduce the stigma associated with mental health.

After having my own mental health issues in the last year I had lost all motivation for fitness and decided I needed to set myself a challenge. What better way to enter the 46th year of my life than running 46 miles... was a good idea at the time.
8:56 Foundation is a local charity that uses sport as a way of encouraging men to talk which resonated with me after taking the step to talk to a therapist for the first time in my life in the last year and how much it had helped me.
Please give what you can and look out for those that may need to talk but don't know where to turn.
