I've raised £25000 to Make mindfulness available to all that needs help with anxiety, depression, stress and fear.

No matter who you are, how well of you are or your background and education. We are all affected by the world we live in and the internal world that plays out in our mind.
In 2015 I created and recorded an eight week MBSR/MBCT mindfulness course and made it available for free on the internet and it is helping some 50,000+ people to find calm and some level of inner peace. Here is a link to the course

With the advances in our understanding of the human mind and nervous system, we now can see deeper in to what shapes and makes our world what it is. This gives us the opportunity to build on the old knowledge and enhance the mindfulness experience and learning process by adding the new knowledge to the courses.
I plan to create and record an updated version of the mindfulness course, incorporating all the newfound knowledge and make this course available for free to all that may benefit from learning mindfulness.
