Weʼve raised £10 to St David's Hospice

Funded on Wednesday, 20th September 2017

    Story

Despite his intention to do so, getting all caught up in the excitement of the big day, Tom forgot to mention in his groom's speech (which was, astonishingly, now 12 months ago!), that we had a few charity collection boxes dotted around the venue on the day of our wedding with the hope of raising some money for St David's Hospice. Although some of you clearly noticed anyway, Tom had intended to mention that we were collecting any spare change or donations for this charity as it is one that is very close to our hearts, having provided such amazing support to Simon, Gill and Tom following Simon's diagnosis with pancreatic cancer in 2008. As we approach our 1st wedding anniversary we just wanted to give people an extra chance to donate anything to this wonderful cause before we hand over the coins we collected on the day!

Thank you in advance from Mr & Mrs Perret xx

We thought this was a good way to remember Simon on our wedding day, and once again a year on.
