Hi everyone, my name is Andrew, and I founded Pet Ride London Community, a small not-for-profit helping disabled, vulnerable, elderly and low-income pet owners across London.

We provide affordable or donation-based:

    • Pet transport (vet visits, emergencies, collections)

    • Home boarding and welfare visits

    • Support for disabled owners who need help caring for their animals

    • Emergency rescue transport for abandoned or at-risk pets

    • Community outreach and mental-health supportive projects

In just a few months we have already helped over seven households, including disabled clients, low-income families, and people in crisis situations who had no one else to turn to.

We have also formed a community partnership with Every Mind Matters to support mental health through our work.

But as we grow, so do the costs.

Why we need support

Pet Ride London is completely community-funded.

We rely on small donations to cover essentials like:

    • Fuel for animal transport

    • Food for emergency cases

    • Equipment and bedding

    • Insurance

    • Communication and admin costs

    • Support for vulnerable pet owners who cannot afford care

Right now, we urgently need £1,000 to continue operating safely and sustainably, and to expand our community support programmes.

• Continue providing pet care for vulnerable and disabled owners

• Respond to emergency animal rescue cases

• Support community mental health through animal companionship

• Fund our outreach and volunteer programmes

• Launch our 2026 Wildflower Walk – promoting wellbeing & nature
