many charities need a lot more than what i'm trying to raise, just to keep afloat. it might seem cheeky me asking for donations to help me towards my priority debt that has got a little out of hand in the last few years. i've got hydrocephalus -remember 'The boy with no brain' programme? .. i've not quite got no brain , but i've been unable to get a well paid job and have struggled along in the same job which has just kept my head above water

but the time has come when the unsympathetic council are just treating me the same as if i was totally solvent and completely Able to pay but UNwilling .. i am Willing to pay, but not Able to keep up my commitments and clear all my arrears
