Over the next 12 months I am supporting 3 awesome local causes by taking on 3 physical challenges.

The challenges:
- Great Eastern Run (half marathon)
- HyRox NEC Birmingham
- London Marathon

The Charities:
- Gemmas Hearts (community defibs)
- Peterborough Rape Crisis (local support for victims of sexual violence)
- Bobby Copping Foundation (accessible counselling for mental health)

The Goal £3,000
To be split evenly between the 3 causes.
