Story

My name is Peter , i am 64 y.o severe disabled person.

12 years ago i had a good fortune to meet my wife while i was working in Spain. We got married in the UK in 2010.

due to family circumstances she needed to return to Russia. I visited her in Russia and we returned to Uk together. She was admitted to the UK for 6 mounts. we apply for ILR based on the family life. As she is a Russian citizen she is not allowed to work in UK or receive of public funds. I am severe disabled person diagnosed with depression, i have a lump on my lung witch was detected by Addenbrokes hospital also i have a cyst on kidney, 6 fractured bones in my back and recently was directed to neurology clinic in Cambrige. I can not take care of myself my wife look after me 24 by 7. She bathing me prepare food helping me dressing up when i need to go see doctor ect. We living on the money of my PIP. We apply for fee waiver on the ILR application for my wife and it was rejected by Home office. papers was returned to us with the letter witch says she now alleged for removal from UK. and she can be removed to the Russia. The problem is on my last visit to the Russia i overstay 4 days (we should stay 8 days but we stay 12) so now i banned to entry from Russia for 5 years. so if my wife will be deported we can not be reunited for 5 years. we are in the very difficult situation with no future on front of us. Home office suggest to borrow money from friends or family witch is impossible as my parents and Olgas are dead only blood relative i have it is my brother with who i am in dispute. If she be deported i cant live alone as i cant look after my self i cant walk more then 10 meters unattended. why they try split up a family i feel let-ed down by country were i was born and country witch my father defend.my father was a decorated war hero what he was fighting for!!!! i feel discriminated as disabled person.... According Home office only people with wages over 18600 pounds can be with foreign partner and me being disabled no stand a chance. it is not about nationality it is about feeling between two people who want to be together and have a future....
