Health and nature are very dear to my heart. After a close scare a few years ago with my health, and realising how close I came to not being on this planet, I started to realise how lucky I am. During recovery I spent many days walking along the coastline enjoying its beauty, the smells and the quietness.

Looking out at the sea I realised how much, we as humans are slowly destroying the habitat of the planet. Not just the seas, but also the land.

From that day, I have become more active, along with my family in trying to preserve nature, along with looking after our health.

In April this year I will be participating in the London Marathon, so please help me in raising as much as possible to assist in helping injured animals along with the oceans creatures. Along with assisting people with health problems.
