My youngest daughter, now 14, has Muscular Dystrophy and for the last ten years been raising funds for that charity. In recent times due to her condition, her eyesight has been failing. The Manx Blind Welfare Society have been a great support since contacting them. They are a self sufficient charity, so as way of saying thank you, I along with my eldest are yet again taking part in the Great North Run 2018, this time to raise money to support this worthwhile charity that is so helpful to our local community.
