Hello everyone,

I am raising money for the veterans respite centre by taking part in a 500 mile pilgrim walk across Spain. The aim of the charity is to provide respite breaks to all veterans of the british armed forces and will be based in Newport, Shropshire.

This is a massive challenge for myself to undertake due to suffering with PTSD however, many of the veterans who will benefit from our charity also suffer with this mental health condition.

The charity is run by volunteer veterans and relies solely on generous donations from the general public.
